After mulling it over for a year or so and receiving lots of encouragement, I am very excited to start my very own blog! (With enormous thanks to the brilliantly clever Chell who is very patient with Luddites like me.)
I have named it Baking With Honey as that is what I do – I bake with my lovely three year old daughter, Honey. It keeps us both sane, especially on rainy days when there will most definitely be no trip to the park! Here I will share my family’s favourite recipes both sweet and savoury – the food that we eat the most, and any tips or tricks I use for the sake of an easy life.
I will be posting my favourite brownie recipe – salted caramel – tomorrow.
